Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain an efficient schedule, same day services are non-refundable.
If you should need to cancel or reschedule your services, we require a 24-hour notice. If you contact us less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled start time, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In the event we are unable to access your home, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
